Registration is now open for the virtual mini-conference, “Delivery of Telehealth in Clinical Care and Research Interventions: Challenges, Barriers, Successes, and Future Considerations,” on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 11 am-2 pm PST.

The objectives of this seminar are to:

  • Address the challenges and highlight the successes of telehealth delivery in clinical care and research.
  • Discuss the populations telehealth works for, and highlight the populations facing major disparities in equity and access.
  • Share important lessons learned and best practices to reach key populations.

The mini-conference will feature speakers from community service organizations, clinical care settings, and academic research institutions with experience in telehealth delivery before and during the pandemic.

We welcome anyone interested in working to provide telehealth access and equity in healthcare and research settings to participate, including but not limited to CBO staff, mental health and substance use providers, academic researchers, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, medical students, residents, fellows, and administrators.

CE Credits:

CE credits (for nurses and mental health providers) will be offered by the Los Angeles AIDS Education Training Center (PAETC). If you are interested in receiving these credits, there is a secondary registration process. First, register for the conference using the link above. Then, the PAETC will follow up with the CEU registration link.
