Special Service for Groups (SSG) is partnering with Community Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) to present the Community-Led Research Review Conference in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, April 21, 2018.

Join us in co-learning & connecting around the table. This conference will be an opportunity for those involved in community research review processes to discuss ethics related to review, workshop ideas with peers, develop professional skills, and become involved in a national community of practice.

This 1-Day FREE conference will bring together community representatives from across the nation. Existing or emerging community-led research review processes and community-based organizations are invited to explore options for their own research review. We consider “community review process” to be a broad term. This can include community research advisory boards, community evaluation advisory committees, community-based federally recognized IRBs, and other formal or informal processes that help determine whether and how research/evaluation occurs within a community.
