Contributing to our center’s mission, CHIPTS Conference Scholarship Program is to provide opportunities and support for early-career investigators, students (e.g. graduate-level, pre- and post-doctoral students), and community advocates/researchers to attend HIV-related conferences in efforts to promote science, foster networking, and increase capacity building. There is a limited number of scholarships available based on funding availability with certain restrictions applied.
We are currently offering scholarships to cover conference registration fees for the 2018 American Public Health Association Conference in San Diego, CA and the 2018 National Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit in Los Angeles, CA as well as airfare support to the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI) 2019 in Seattle Washington.

- Must be recommended and sponsored by a CHIPTS faculty member
- Must provide proof/documentation of having an HIV-related oral or poster presentation or workshop accepted at the conference and
