Ms. Parker’s interests focus on reproductive and sexual health policies and the determinants of service utilization. She has held positions with UNICEF Swaziland, Helen Keller International, and the County of San Diego. Karen is currently enrolled in the doctoral program at the UCLA School of Public Health and served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger, West Africa.
