Jennifer Baughman, M.P.A.


Core Coordinator, Combination Prevention Core



Ms. Baughman holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management. She is currently a Principal Administrative Analyst with the UCLA Center for Behavioral & Addiction Medicine (CBAM) where she is responsible for oversight of center operations. As coordinator for the CHIPTS Combination Prevention Core she provides technical assistance on budgeting, grant development and management, and strategic planning. She assists the Core Directors with implementation of initiatives on research and clinical prevention efforts that blend structural biomedical, information technology, social media and behavioral innovation. She has been working in the nonprofit field since 1995, focusing on issues surrounding homelessness, addiction and HIV.
