Dr. Chunqing Lin has almost 10 years research experience in HIV/AIDS behavioral studies among various population, including health service providers, drug users, HIV/AIDS affected family and children. The pilot study is built upon a stigma reduction intervention trial “White Coat, Warm Heart (WW)”, which was carried out among service providers in 40 hospitals in China. The aim of the study is to investigate the project implementation effort which leads to heterogeneous intervention outcome and explore ways to adapt the intervention model to the current healthcare system. She has worked closely with PI of the WW intervention trial, Dr. Li Li since 2003 on multiple projects in China. As a result of the previous work, she has gained experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies. She has also established a close working relationship with the research team in China.
