Conference Description:

The goal of the conference is to have global stakeholders initiate a dialogue on framing male circumcision to advance its adoption in different settings. We believe that framing male circumcision is a critical endeavor because how it is framed will determine the extent to which it has popular or political support, will influence public understanding and public discourse on the topic and can influence policy outcomes on the issue. As such, this conference will focus on identifying issues relevant to framing male circumcision to help advance its adoption as an HIV prevention intervention.
