The CHISS Program provides
HOUSING
& SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
to eligible HIV+ individuals and their families
An Eligible Applicant must be:
- Homeless OR at-risk of homelessness as
defined by HUD - Have income at or below 50% AMI (Area
Median Income) - Have been diagnosed with HIV within the
last 3 months OR have been out of HIV care for at
least 6 months OR have never been in care for HIV
